The UNIQLO of the West Island of Montreal opens this week

Montreal shopaholics can rejoice knowing that a brand new UNIQLO hits the streets on March 4th. And by streets, we mean at CF Fairview Pointe Claire.

For anyone living in the West Island of Montreal, you ultimately won’t have to drive all the way to downtown to take a UNIQLO ride.

This popular Japanese retailer is expanding into Quebec — and UNIQLO’s expansion doesn’t stop at CF Fairview Pointe Claire, oh no no. Another store will open at CF Promenades Saint-Bruno on March 25, according to Cult MTL.

So basically, wherever you live around Montreal, you’ll soon have a UNIQLO near you.

These branches will join the UNIQLO at the Montreal Eaton Center, which opened in October 2020, as well as that of CF Carrefour Laval, which opened in March 2021.

“We are excited to build on our success in the Quebec market and make UNIQLO and LifeWear available to more Canadians,” said Yuichiro Kaneko, CEO of UNIQLO Canada, in a statement.

LifeWear apparel, the email states, is “UNIQLO’s commitment to creating perfect apparel that meets everyone’s daily lifestyle needs to make their everyday life better and more comfortable.”

And while you’re at the Fairview Mall, you can also stop by the new Tommy Café at the entrance to the food court, which has a new menu of tasty tapas to try once you’re hungry for it all. retail cardio.
