Shocking CCTV footage making the rounds on social media shows a fast food manager losing her temper and throwing boiling water at customers.
The incident happened on June 17 when two customers walked into a Taco Bell outlet in Dallas after their drive-thru order was twice misplaced.
Both customers alleged that restaurant managers became aggressive when trying to resolve the issue of incorrect orders. They went on to claim that the franchise manager filled a clear jug with “boiling water” in the kitchen and threw it on the counter.

Following the incident, the victims filed a lawsuit seeking $1,000,000 in damages on July 13, alleging they suffered severe burns that required hospital treatment.
Complainants Brittany Davis and her niece claimed they drove around the drive-thru twice to correct their order, but the manager was in no mood to address the issue.
One of the workers allegedly challenged the niece to a fight before the manager appeared with the jug of water.
Davis said she suffered deep burns to her chest and stomach, which caused at least 10 seizures. On the other hand, CT said she suffered scarring discoloration and burns on her face, legs, arms and chest.
Attorney Ben Crump, who filed the lawsuit for the women, said, “The actions of Taco Bell’s employees and manager in this incident are ruthless, outrageous and inexcusable.”
The restaurant released a statement following the incident in which it said “everyone deserves to feel safe at Taco Bell restaurants.”
“We take this very seriously and are working with our local franchisee to investigate. Due to ongoing litigation, we are unable to comment further on the details of the incident,” Taco Bell told UNILAD.
