We are an eclectic mix of Affton, South City, South County, West County, Ladue, Granite City, Edwardsville and parts unknown.

Where did you go to school?
The Culinary School, CIA, South Tech, Forest Park CC, and the school of hard knocks.

How did you get where you are?
We all have a passion for food and the culinary arts. We’ve worked together all over St. Louis and formed a lineup of stars to produce some of St. Louis’ latest and hottest trends.

New in your restaurant:
A new spring farm-to-table menu at the Commonwealth and the reopening of ArtBAR atop the Angad Arts Hotel for the season.

Favorite menu item:
Grilled elk, Vadouvan chicken curry, pheasant and beans & weenies

Some of us have worked on cruise ships, we love our guns and we have a 300 launcher.
