Restaurant supply business more than doubles with DFW airport lease

One catering supply and products company – Dot It Restaurant Fulfillment – is more than doubling its local footprint with a move just south of DFW International Airport.

Dot It has leased 134,272 square feet of space at 4200 Empire in CentrePort Business Park, just south of DFW Airport.

The company moved from 2001 E. Randol Mill in Arlington where it had approximately 60,000 square feet of space.

Dot It provides packaging, printing, kitting, fulfillment, warehousing and distribution for warehouse customers.

Its products include everything from take-out food packaging to advertising signs and banners.

John Brewer and Riley Maxwell of commercial real estate firm Transwestern brokered the rental deal with Luke Davis and Matt Dornak with Stream Realty Partners.

“4200 Empire gives Dot It much-needed infrastructure and space to increase efficiency and processes to take its business to the next level,” Brewer said in a statement. “Dot It has weathered the recent uncertainty in the economy very well by moving to produce a variety of labels for food delivery services across the country, in addition to its normal business.”

The 4200 Empire building includes offices and a fully air-conditioned warehouse. The building is owned by ML Realty Partners.

The area around DFW Airport is one of North Texas’ main warehouse rental markets.

The D-FW area was one of the leaders this year for building and renting warehouses.
