Ormer Mayfair by Sofian, the fine dining restaurant at Flemings Mayfair Hotel, part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, has appointed Manuel Muzzin as Restaurant Manager.
Over the past 15 years Muzzin has worked in many of the UK’s finest restaurants and hotels. He comes from Rowley’s restaurant in St James’s where he was general manager.
Other management positions include Head Waiter at two Michelin star The Square in Mayfair, as well as several roles working with Richard Corrigan between 2008 and 2017, including opening Restaurant Manager at Corrigan’s in Mayfair and General Manager of restaurant at Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill.
Muzzin will work closely with the hotel’s General Manager, Henrik Muehle, as well as Executive Chef Sofian Msetfi and Sous Chef Chris Hopkins.
Muzzin said: “I am delighted to join the team at Flemings Mayfair and lead such an incredible restaurant team. I look forward to bringing my experience and knowledge to this new role to help bolster its reputation as one of London’s leading boutique hotels.
