Morty’s Meat and Supply will open at The Village Dunwoody in late fall 2022

DASH Hospitality Concepts announced Wednesday Morty’s Meat and Supply will be the second restaurant to open as part of The village of Dunwoody. Morty will join Bar{n} alcohol {n} bites and Funwoody’s Food Truck as the third of five concepts located in The Village Dunwoody, a community gathering place in the heart of Dunwoody.

Morty’s Meat & Supply will debut in late fall 2022according to a press release.

Dunwoody Village and its restaurants are the vision of a hospitality veteran and owner of DASH Hospitality Concepts, David Abeswho began the revitalization project in 2020. Culinary Director, Chief Nick Leahy, expects Morty’s Meat & Supply to be “a modern approach to meat and three experiences in a comfortable setting, serving premium smoked meats, a wide variety of classic and healthier sides, and a ” “eclectic” sauce, depending on the version. The expansive bar will feature 24 taps with a mix of craft beers, wine and cocktails on tap, curated by Beverage Director, Phil Handley.

“We’re thrilled to open our North ‘Meats’ South concept to the Dunwoody neighborhood, bringing great variety to our smokehouse and cuisine,” said Abes. “It’s not just perfectly smoked meat, but also seafood, vegetables and lots of healthy sides and salads from local farmers.”

Open daily, Morty’s will also offer a “to-go” section and weekly specials like stacked pastrami, smoked salmon and homemade bologna.

Morty’s Meat & Supply will provide full service catering, as well as hosting events on site. Conceived by John Boggs of Creation of phase 5the 60-seat restaurant will transition to al fresco dining, live entertainment and the big screen via the bar’s garage doors.
