Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Lead by example and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards
  • Identify the root cause of issues while demonstrating self-reflection and holding yourself accountable first, demonstrating vulnerability and transparency
  • Foster open communication between team members and management
    Influencing team member behaviors by championing change and restoration initiatives
  • Lead with heart and mind
  • Drive business results by using Chili’s systems to effectively control costs
  • Track operational systems, such as our management calendar and perform online quality checks
  • Hire, train, retain and develop team members to take on larger roles
  • Drive customer engagement within the four walls of the restaurant while building relationships within the community
  • Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Communicate and embody the culture and cultural beliefs of Chile: every guest matters, food perfection, be responsible, play restaurant
